Returns

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or damaged by the customer. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Incorrect Products:

    • If you receive an incorrect product, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@akashaanoint.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not return any products without an RA number.
  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package and include a copy of the original invoice inside the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@akashaanoint.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
